You will need a Mac or PC computer (not a tablet) running Mac OS X, Windows or Linux.

Normally it is recommended to run DaVinci Resolve with a fairly recent computer having at least 16 GB of RAM. However, we will be editing low-resolution clips as much as possible to help students using laptops and older computers.

Since the software is free, just download and install it. See if it works on your computer and you will have your answer.

I do recommend at least 50 gig of free hard drive space to take the class.
